Megan is a certified OM Yoga teacher.  In addition,  she has completed Max Stroms Map of the Inner World teacher training segment, Yin Yoga Teacher Training 1+2 with Joe Barnett, a Restorative Yoga Teacher training with Judith Hanson Lasater, as well as Level 1 Thai Yoga Massage through the Lotus Palm School of Thai Yoga Massage.


Megan’s teaches with a clear purpose: that yoga heals us and connects us to our true selves. Her breath centered classes are infused with a sense of humor, mindfulness and above all, acceptance of where ever you are on this path.  She is committed to creating an atmosphere where all feel welcome, offering up challenging variations for those that wish to take it deeper, and modifications for those who are just starting out or recovering from an injury. 


She is grateful for the many gifted teachers in her life, especially: Max Strom, Dharma Mittra, Gina Norman, Stan Woodman, Ti Harmony, and for her dear friend Wendy who introduced her to yoga 15 years ago.
